Livability is the latest care provider to sign up with de Poel to save on its temporary agency staffing costs

The number one procurer of temporary agency staff, de Poel, has joined forces with Livability this month in a bid to help reduce this element of the Charity's expenditure.

Livability is a specialist provider of residential and nursing care for people with physical disabilities and learning difficulties, in addition to operating three educational establishments for disabled children and young people.  The Charity is renowned for its high quality of care, and promotes independence, choice, control, opportunity and respect for its service users.

As well as providing flexible care services that enable disabled people to live independently, Livability offers holiday accommodation in Llandudno and Minehead, and self catering accommodation throughout the UK from Ambleside to Selsey Bill.

Working with de Poel to rationalise its supply of temporary agency staff will improve the efficiency of Livability's back-office functions, whilst maintaining the quality of care that has become synonymous with its brand.

By utilising de Poel's unique timesheet and invoice-processing system e-tips®, Livability will also benefit from better access to crucial management information at both a national and local level.

Speaking about the partnership with Livability, de Poel's Managing Director, John Salisbury, said: "Livability is one of the most reputable and best providers of care in the UK right now, and we are extremely proud to be working with them.

"Not only will this partnership with de Poel provide the Charity with the benefit of cost savings and more formal regulation of its agency suppliers, but the Charity hopes it will relieve the administrative burden associated with agency recruitment, as it gives the organisation more time and resource for more important things."
