de Poel's team of experienced senior account managers are dedicated to ensuring that our clients enjoy the maximum benefits from the de Poel process.

Each client is supported by a dedicated senior account manager who provides ongoing support.   Senior account managers provide a single point of contact for clients and their suppliers to ensure that issues are resolved as efficiently as possible and that standards of service are maintained.

In addition to holding regular client review meetings, senior account managers analyse an array of spend and save reports to ensure we continually review their temporary agency spend and identify future saving opportunities.

Sarah Joy, Senior Account Manager

 

Sarah joined de Poel four years ago having previously managed the northern branch of a national recruitment advertising agency. During her role as a National Account Manager, Sarah has successfully implemented the set up of City Link and its' 100 depots, along with the management of Somerfield's distribution centres and Brake Bros depot network. Her experience within the marketplace has enabled her to assist Clients and Agencies to develop quality partnerships and create financial benefits to both parties.

Phil Tromans, Senior Account Manager

Phil joined de Poel 3 years ago, with over 10 years experience in the recruitment industry, combined with a commercial background of a Ftse 100 company. His experience and knowledge within the marketplace has enabled him to successfully manage a range of clients including care, retail, manufacturing and logistics.   Phil has an impeccable management background and is a key member of our senior account management team.

Jayne Holmes, Senior Account Manager

Jayne joined de Poel 2 years ago, with 12 years management experience within the recruitment industry.   Jayne's management of 5 divisions including commercial, industrial, catering, logistics and contract business, coupled with her team management skills have played a pivotal role in the development of her clients.

 

 

 

 

Gemma Ross, Senior Account Manager

Gemma joined de Poel as a Senior Account Manager in 2008, with a degree in Organisational Management and over 4 year's previous experience in Relationship Management. Her track record of successful account management in large volumes and at various levels of operation, teamed up with her ability to consistently strive for excellence across her client portfolio, has allowed Gemma to successfully manage over 15 de Poel clients valued at over £45m.

Continually meeting with nominated client representatives to design, report and present management information and monitor project progress, Gemma is renowned for her capacity to exceed service targets and conduct profitable business strategies across the waste, logistics and care sectors. Gemma is now an invaluable member of the de Poel account management team.

Tess Eyles, Senior Account Manager

Tess joined de Poel in 2008, previously holding a senior management position with Manpower, managing a £45million contract.  Tess's experience spans over 19 years and includes the management of multi location customers and varied portfolio managing relationships from procurement to HR to operations sharing best practise.

Tess utilises her in-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry and ability to develop good customer relationships at all levels to the benefit of her clients.   Tess's tactical approach to temporary agency management allows her to add value at local level, whilst enabling her to strategically work with clients to identify trends in their use of temporary labour, in order to identify further cost savings.

Rory McNamara, Senior Account Manager

Rory came to work for de Poel in February 2010, bringing with him six and a half years' experience working for a leading provider of staffing solutions and outsourced people-related services, as well as a proven track record of negotiating and driving revenue through smart procurement and supply chain management. In his most recent role at a rival managed-service provider, he began as Relationship Manager of a large London Borough with an agency spend in excess of £40m, alongside five smaller local authorities with a cumulative spend of £8m.

Proving his proficiency in Relationship Management, he was quickly promoted to a role in the Supplier/Operational Management department where he controlled the ongoing performance of agencies, as well as setting and negotiating contractual and commercial terms. His experience spans a variety of industry-sectors, from social care through to revenues and benefits.

Andy Murray, Senior Account Manager

Andy joined de Poel two years ago, with five years' experience in the recruitment industry and 12 years' experience handling the recruitment, training and management of call centre teams across the travel industry. Having initially worked as Project Manager in de Poel's implementation department, his proficient organisational ability, dedicated service provision and sound customer-support capacity meant he quickly progressed to a senior account management role. 

He now manages the accounts for a range of key clients across the care, manufacturing and waste sectors, using his technical knowledge of the agency marketplace and strong inter-personal skills to develop relationships at all levels and ensure each client reaps the maximum benefit from their partnership with de Poel.
