We are extremely proud of our IIP accreditation for which our HR team has played an integral role.  We have developed a robust recruitment process which encompasses panel and one-on-one interviews, role plays and assessment centres in order to ensure that we continue to recruit the right people for the right roles.

 

 

 

Legal

Our dedicated, on-site legal department carefully monitors any changes in the law and ensures that service agreements are regularly reviewed in line with new legislation. They also work closely with clients, recruitment agencies and professional bodies, offering their knowledge and expertise to reduce the risk of litigation and legal exposure.
